SURPRIZE!!!!!

As most of you know, I was surprized last night!!

Rick, Cindy, Andrew, Tim, Bev and Mary showed up last night at our home.

The first five on that list showed up while I was watching TV, and came into the bonus room, and I was shocked. Then we all went outside on the back porch to enjoy the warm evening. I kept wanting to call Mary and tell her, but I didn't want to make her feel bad that she wasn't here to enjoy the time together, and bam, she comes walking out on the back porch!!! Amazing. I have never been so surprized like I have with this 50th birthday surprize. Here are some pictures:

Bill and his big boy tractor!!

Finally Bill picked out his lawn mower (which he calls a tractor), he loves it. He has mowed the front and back yard twice in three days. He is so happy just tooling around on it, mowing and watching his yard. The dogs run around after him, wondering what in the heck it is.

Game night at the Bergers!!

I had a night of Pictionary and Pig. Bill smoked two shoulders for almost 24 hours, yummm.. fun was had by all. By the way, I made homemade Carolina BBQ sauce, which really is spicy vinager. I am really starting to love pouring that on meat. Mmmmmm..... Oh, the guys won on Pictionary :(

I now officially work for C3 Church!!

Yup, I finally got hired, and they did a restructure of departmentalizing. So all the office staff, was assigned to different ministries. I got the best one, they love me, and I love them. I am the assistant to the Worship and Care ministry. Chris is the Care Minister, he is the guy that councils and is first touch with all the people, he also is the lead vocal in our worship group. He is a doll, and a truly kind person.

This is Chris Pipes, he is the Minister of Care.
This is Jordan Leino, he is the Misister of Worship and Communications/Technical.

Jordan is in charge of all the worship programs, notes, our website, all the video, public relations, that kind of thing. Jordan happens to be the son-in-law of one of my good friends at Church. He is also the Dad of Issac, the little boy that died after five months of life, with a heart condition. Jordan is married to Patience, she sings like an angel, and her personality is the same.
